Pleo is seeking an Enablement Specialist to join the GTM Enablement team. You will own the delivery and measurable impact of enablement programmes across Go-to-Market functions, reporting to the Revenue Operations Director and collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.

You’ll drive adoption at scale, measure ROI, and help scale enablement as Pleo grows, while leveraging tools like Hubspot, Gong, Sana Learn, and AI-assisted learning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Enablement, GTM or SaaS operations.
• Track record delivering end-to-end programmes that drive adoption and impact.
• Comfort with data and dashboards to tie activity to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsabilités

• Own enablement programme delivery end to end.
• Run enablement intake and calendar for the GTM org.
• Drive adoption and behaviour change across teams.
• Measure ROI with dashboards and business metrics.
• Partner on content quality with subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Product.
• Diagnose and solve delivery blockers and speed up enablement.
• Run onboarding for new hires and ramp programmes.
• Leverage Sana Learn, Gong, Hubspot and AI tools for scale.
