Job summary

ValGenesis, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Enablement in Lisbon to bridge product capabilities with market delivery.

You will lead training and content creation across Sales, Solutions, Success, Support, and Marketing, transforming complex product details into practical enablement resources. You’ll own the internal knowledge base, drive RICE-based prioritization insights, and partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and launches.

Qualifications

• Translate complex product capabilities into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Develop and deliver enablement programs for new products and updates.
• Experience with roadmaps, prioritization, and product planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale product enablement strategy aligned with the roadmap.
• Design training for launches, updates, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Create playbooks, FAQs, battle cards, and certifications.
• Translate technical information into audience-specific narratives.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and responses.
