Dandy is hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the broader GTM stack for Europe. You will partner with Revenue Operations and GTM teams to translate business priorities into scalable, data-driven solutions and to accelerate pipeline growth, quoting speed, and data integrity.

The role requires 6–9 years in business systems or RevOps, deep Salesforce expertise, and a strong bias for ownership and collaboration across global teams.

Competenze

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Ops, or RevOps roles.
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience; can design, build & maintain complex config.
• Experience administering the broader GTM application stack connected to CRM.
• Strong GTM process knowledge: lead routing, opportunity management, quoting & forecasting.
• Track record of end-to-end ownership in a B2B/SaaS company with measurable outcomes.
• AI fluency: uses AI tools in day-to-day work and knows where to apply them.
• Experience building AI-powered automations or workflows is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Ops and GTM teams across Europe, translating priorities into well-scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across the GTM stack to improve pipeline, productivity and quote-to-contract speed.
• Triage requests, distinguish system vs process issues, and prioritize appropriately.
• Maintain Salesforce health at scale by reducing technical debt and improving data quality and access controls.
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows and help build AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives.
• Support Dandy's global expansion as new markets launch.
• Own end-to-end delivery for your region from build to testing, release and post-launch follow-through.
