Angry Ventures is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to define, execute, and measure integrated digital marketing strategies. You will focus on high-impact channels, optimize lead lifecycles, and collaborate across teams to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, experience with B2B lifecycles, and hands-on expertise in paid campaigns and CRM tools. Global remote work options are available, with a flexible, results-oriented culture.

Qualificações

• A/B testing and data-driven optimization integrated into campaigns.
• Strategic ability to set and analyze marketing, sales, and business KPIs.
• Experience with long, cross-functional B2B lifecycles, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Proven experience with paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Active Campaign.
• Project management using SCRUM and Agile Marketing; familiarity with ClickUp, Jira or Trello.
