Qualifications

• Six or more years in B2B integrated marketing or demand generation with ownership of campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and revenue through multi-channel programs.
• Strong skills in audience segmentation, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, brand, events, and operations.
• Data-driven with knowledge of marketing attribution and A/B testing.
• Experience using AI tools for planning, content creation, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract prospects and accelerate pipeline.
• Design quarterly campaign plans aligning channels and budget with pipeline targets.
• Manage campaigns across content syndication, webinars, events, email nurturing, direct mail, referrals, and product demos.
• Create messaging, offers, and content with product marketing and brand teams.
• Develop sales enablement materials and coordinate with BDRs for follow-up processes.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and external vendors for efficient execution and ROI.
• Ensure consistent messaging across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Monitor analytics, attribution, and pipeline reporting; apply A/B testing to improve results.
• Explore AI and emerging tech for audience research, personalization, and workflow automation.
• Conduct retrospectives and develop repeatable playbooks for scalable growth.
