Job summary

Partner company in Portugal seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer to lead paid media for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will own acquisition strategies, run structured tests, and optimize budgets across Meta, Google, and TikTok while aligning efforts with broader business metrics.

You will analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, and MER, building forecasts and contributing to attribution and full-funnel optimization. This role offers remote work with overlap to Melbourne time and a clear growth pathway.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven track record managing and scaling large paid budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side experience with DTC/eCommerce is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the eCommerce customer journey, including CAC, LTV, and MER.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets and allocate investments to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for founders, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
