Findmore, a specialist HubSpot consultancy, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own and evolve the marketing function. You’ll plan and execute campaigns, content and events that generate qualified commercial opportunities, collaborating with the Practice Director, consultants and partners.

You’ll be measured by the pipeline you help create, overseeing content calendars, SEO, and inbound lead generation, while supporting consultants in building their professional brands in a growing specialist

Qualificações

• 3–6+ years in B2B marketing.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Experience creating content that supports demand generation and brand.
• Strong understanding of website content management and SEO.
• Proven analytics and reporting skills to optimise campaigns.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

We’re a specialist HubSpot consultancy helping ambitious businesses transform their sales, marketing and customer operations through CRM, automation and AI. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and evolve our marketing function — planning and executing campaigns, content and events that generate qualified commercial opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Practice Director, consultants and external partners, with success measured above all by the pipeline you help create.

What you’ll do

Demand generation & campaigns

• Plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
• Develop marketing initiatives that support outbound prospecting activities
• Work closely with our external prospecting agency to maximise campaign effectiveness
• Track campaign performance, optimise results and identify new growth channels

Content, brand & social

• Own the marketing content calendar and produce blogs, guides, case studies and success stories
• Manage our LinkedIn presence and develop engaging thought leadership content
• Support consultants in building their own professional brands
• Repurpose content across multiple channels and formats

Website, SEO & AEO

• Own website content and develop industry-specific landing pages
• Grow our blog and improve organic SEO performance
• Lead our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy to increase visibility in AI-powered search
• Identify new opportunities to increase inbound lead generation

Events, customer marketing & operations

• Plan and deliver our webinar programme, coordinating speakers, logistics and follow-up
• Produce customer case studies and gather testimonials and success stories
• Manage marketing campaigns and email activity within HubSpot
• Produce regular marketing performance reports
