EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, first purchase, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

• Experience leading CRM strategies that drive revenue and retention.
• Proven track record in high-volume consumer CRM with measurable impact.
• Ability to design segmentation, journeys, experiments and performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, upsell, and retention journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchasing, retention, and LTV through smart segmentation and timing.
• Lead rapid experiments, measure outcomes, and scale winners across channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to strengthen CRM tooling and reporting.
