Job summary

TFY, a UK-based, female-founded unicorn, is seeking a General Manager to own the business unit execution and scalable P&L management in a hybrid setup. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will drive cross-functional operations and align Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT and Product around ambitious milestones.

The role requires deep Growth Marketing experience from a VC-backed scale-up, building capital-efficient acquisition engines and leading cross-border Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

7+ years in senior leadership roles (GM/VP) in SaaS/Fintech/HR tech.
VC-backed scale-up experience with lean execution.
Deep growth marketing expertise across multi-channel platforms.
Experience building and scaling cross-border teams.
Strong P&L ownership and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations and divisional performance to drive revenue growth.
Lead cross-functional execution across Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Product.
Develop budgets, ROI models, and ensure high-margin, profitable growth.
Build capital-efficient growth engines and oversee multi-channel strategies.
Scale sales and marketing teams across borders.
