Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in Portugal to lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will manage analysts, build financial models, and translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership.

The role collaborates across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Product teams, with a focus on reporting accuracy and business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting.
• Experience in a high-growth tech/software business with multi-country operations.
• Strong problem-solving, commercial awareness, and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and use of BI tools for dashboards and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, month-end close, and variance analysis.
• Excellent English communication, with leadership and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and board presentations.
• Monitor monthly results, KPIs, variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and commercial targets; support strategic decisions.
• Maintain and improve financial models and analytics across BI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Accounting, and Investor Relations on month-end close and reporting.
• Improve financial controls, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
• Contribute to IPO readiness documentation and investor materials.
• Lead and develop a regional team of analysts.
