Qualificações

• 7+ years in senior leadership roles (GM/VP Operations/Growth) in SaaS/Fintech/HR Tech or marketplaces.
• Experience driving hyper-growth in VC-backed scale-ups with capital efficiency.
• Deep growth marketing expertise across multiple channels and communities.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations and divisional performance, driving revenue growth and margins.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT and Product.
• Oversee budget, capital allocation and ROI to sustain profitable growth.
• Build and scale multi-channel growth engines and community acquisition.
