Job summary

BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking a Third Party Administrator and Technical Operator in Porto. The role supports dealer warranty, extended warranty, and maintenance contract management from a unified platform, involving multiple European markets and diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive mechanics (Degree and/or after-sales training required).
• Experience: at least 1 year in a car or truck repair shop, preferably in a manufacturer's network.

Responsibilities

• Follow compliance rules.
• Register records in information systems.
• Manage automotive claim repair following contract coverage.
• Check admissibility of requests.
• Contact by phone with all departments as needed.
• Contact by mail with all departments as needed.
• Analyze records and check insurability and financial risk to support decisions.
• Notify decisions to customers and/or partners.
• Ensure administrative management of operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and risk procedures.
• Promote team spirit and stress-resilient responses.
• Support improvements to working methods and knowledge sharing.
