Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Portuguese speaking Automotive Warranty Assessor to join our Budapest office, with relocation to Hungary. You will manage day-to-day warranty claims, verify policies, check claim integrity, and collaborate with senior team members and dealers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English required.
• Automotive warranty knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warranty claims according to KPIs.
• Verify warranty policies and procedures applications.
• Check the integrity and correctness of claims.
• Self-assessment on managed cases.
• Cooperate with senior team members about cases in analysis.
• Communicate with Dealers and Customers (mainly in writing).
