• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong written and verbal communication.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Review and verify warranty claims and reimbursements in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and report warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist Service Providers by answering warranty inquiries and clarifying policies.
• Investigate complex warranty cases, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage warranty parts including auditing, tracking, storage, and disposal.
• Support warranty events, material verification activities, and related projects.
• Organize and deliver on-site warranty training sessions for Service Providers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Aftersales, Technical, Finance, and other departments to resolve topics efficiently.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to standardization of warranty operations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management with key performance indicators.
• Perform other warranty-related activities as assigned by the line manager.
