Job summary

Siemens AG in Portugal is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment, including external hiring and internal mobility, while partnering with hiring managers and P&O. You will source talent, analyze KPIs, support onboarding, and contribute to Employer Branding and university events.

You will operate in a hybrid setup, engaging with international stakeholders, and leveraging AI-enabled scheduling to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a multinational and fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience in recruitment, internal hiring and mobility projects.
• Strong interest and capability in data, analytics and KPI analysis.
• Fluent English (advanced level) – essential for daily interaction with international hiring managers.
• Good command of Portuguese.
• A proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, covering external hiring and internal mobility projects.
• Act as a trusted Talent Partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Support internal mobility initiatives, working closely with P&O and business leaders.
• Proactively source and engage talent.
• Actively contribute to Employer Branding, Talent Attraction and University Events.
• Support and continuously improve the Onboarding Experience.
• Analyse and monitor recruitment and talent KPIs, including hiring trends and time-to-hire in Portugal.
• Conduct exit interviews and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work with digital and AI-enabled solutions, including AI-supported interview scheduling.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition and P&O.
