Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Acquisition Campus and support end-to-end recruitment across Bosch divisions in Portugal.

For this role you will drive talent attraction activities, manage the selection process from job posting to offer, and strengthen employer branding while pursuing ongoing process improvements. Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or similar.
• Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and in project management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of SAR Method and active sourcing of candidates.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment Strategy: Support local HR and Hiring Managers in defining talent attraction activities and selection methods.
• Selection Process: Lead the selection and hiring process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Employer Branding: Act as a sponsor for Bosch Employee Value Proposition and attract talents.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends and implement improvements in recruitment processes.
• Stakeholders Management: Lead discussions and influence decisions between teams.
