Job summary

You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams across the One Tech Company transformation, shaping workforce strategy while ensuring compliant local execution and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ONE P&O Operating Model and its implementation.
• Experience driving standardization, digitalization, and AI adoption.
• Ability to translate global P&O frameworks into local execution.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to assess performance and impact.
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Partner team across Siemens SA Portugal and affiliated companies to deliver consistent PX.
• Partner with business and P&O leaders to apply standards and ensure local compliance.
• Advance integration of AI and digitalization to simplify work and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Impact Teams, PX, PST, Employee & Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition to deliver integrated people outcomes.
• Translate enterprise P&O priorities into effective local execution with measurable impact.
