Claranet limited in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Technician 24x7 to join our internal IT operations team. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage batch processes, and collaborate with ITSM workflows to keep systems running smoothly.

You must have at least 2 years in Monitoring Engineering, 12th grade IT, and fluent Portuguese with solid technical English. The role is based in Lisbon and requires hands-on Windows and Unix/Linux experience.

• 12th grade IT education or higher.
• 2+ years of Monitoring Engineering experience with Enterprise tools.
• Fluent Portuguese and proficient technical English.

Responsabilités

• Monitor alerts generated by real-time monitoring tools.

Right now, we are looking for a Operations Technician 24x7 to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitor alerts generated by monitoring tools in real time (e.g., Zabbix, Solarwind, Control-M, Nimsoft);
• Experience in batch processes;
• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Computer skills in Windows and Unix/Linux environments;
• Knowledge of structured networks, TCP/IP.

You must have:

• 12th grade academic level in IT as minimum requirement (plus);
• 2+ years of experience in Monitoring Engineering roles using Enterprise Monitoring tools;
• Fluency in Portuguese and technical English knowledge;
