Boston Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Global Learning & Development Operations lead to steer end-to-end learner lifecycle management, system integrity, and scalable execution of learning processes across regions.

You will oversee a team of operations professionals, align with senior stakeholders, and drive resource planning, data accuracy, and KPI performance to deliver consistently high-quality learning experiences.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of relevant experience in L&D operations, systems, program management, or service environments.
• Proven experience managing operational processes, learner lifecycle, or system-driven workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals or small teams in operational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure process alignment.
• Experience working with systems (e.g., LMS) and ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including capacity and workload management.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage LMS operations and end-to-end learner lifecycle.
• Influence, align and support senior stakeholders across regions and business partner teams.
• Allocate resources and manage capacity planning.
• Ensure SLA adherence, KPI performance, and data accuracy.
• Act as escalation point for operational and system issues.
• Improve workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maintain system & data integrity and reporting quality.
• Support strategic discussions across operations and delivery.
