Convatec seeks a Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead to oversee end-to-end Talent & Learning operations across regions. Drive governance, standardization, and employee-centric service delivery with COEs and external partners.

You will lead initiatives in reporting, analytics, leadership development, career progression, and technology adoption to improve scalability and employee experience. Requires 10+ years HR exp., with global shared services leadership, and strong change management skills.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Admin, OD, Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in HR with 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services, GBS, Talent/Learning Ops.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Talent & Learning service delivery across regions.
• Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements.
• Partner with COEs and vendors to optimize performance.
• Manage governance, compliance, and risk in Talent & Learning.
