Convatec seeks a Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead to drive end-to-end Talent & Learning operations across regions, ensuring scalable, compliant and employee-centric services. You will govern the Tower roadmap, collaborate with COEs, and optimize delivery with automation and AI-enabled self-service initiatives.

You will lead data-driven improvements, oversee LMS platforms, manage vendor performance and ensure alignment with the CBS/HR strategy while delivering exceptional employee experiences

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services, GBS, Talent Ops, or Learning Ops.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience leading global process standardization and transformation.
• Experience managing HR technologies, service management, and outsourced service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global delivery of Talent & Learning services across all regions.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of processes.
• Oversee LMS and learning technology platforms and vendor management.
• Partner with COEs to align service delivery with business priorities.
• Monitor governance, compliance and service metrics; drive continuous improvement.
