Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Learning Delivery professional to own end-to-end delivery for learning programs, events and projects across regions. You will ensure quality, consistency and a great learner experience while coordinating with faculty, vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires 3-5 years in learning delivery or coordination, fluency in English, strong organization, and ability to travel across Europe to on-site programs.

• 3-5 years relevant experience in learning delivery, events, operations, or coordination.
• Fluency in English; comfort working with senior presenters.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
• Experience supporting virtual delivery platforms and event logistics.
• Comfort working across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to travel/ work within Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery for assigned programs (setup through close-out)
• Manage faculty, vendor, and stakeholder coordination and communications
• Host sessions and manage live environments, timing, and engagement mechanics
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
• Track delivery metrics (attendance, satisfaction) and implement improvements
• Manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities independently
• Attend on site learning programs, both locally, and at various international locations

What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will independently manage end-to-end delivery for assigned learning programs/events/projects, ensuring consistent execution, a strong learner experience, and proactive stakeholder coordination.
