Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Operations professional to independently manage end-to-end delivery for learning programs, events, and projects. You will ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across regions, coordinating faculty, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional learner experiences.

You will host sessions, manage live environments, mitigate delivery risks, and track metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years relevant experience in learning delivery, events, operations, or coordination.
• Fluency in English; comfort working with senior presenters.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
• Experience supporting virtual delivery platforms and event logistics.
• Comfort working across cultures and time zones.
• Ability to travel/ work within Europe.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will independently manage end-to-end delivery for assigned learning programs/events/projects, ensuring consistent execution, a strong learner experience, and proactive stakeholder coordination.
