Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or admin, fluency in English, and comfort with LMS and data tools. A hybrid work model with regular in-person collaboration is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments, rosters, and learner communications accurately.
• Maintain LMS records and learner data integrity.
• Support ticket/inbox management and respond to standard queries.
• Run standard reports and complete administrative close-out tasks.
• Follow established operational playbooks and SLAs.
• Escalate data, system, or process issues promptly.
