Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior staffing leader to join the Global Staffing CoE. You will drive complex, global staffing initiatives spanning digital products, operating models, and enablement to make staffing more effective for the businesses and people it serves.

Reporting to the Global Staffing Senior Director, you will coordinate with regional leads, SBUs, and product and analytics teams to establish governance, KPIs, and scalable solutions while shaping policy adoption across

Formación

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree welcomed but not required.
Strong project and change management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to influence audiences from senior leaders to local teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking with user-centered mindset.
High standards of organization, accuracy, and integrity.

Responsabilidades

Represent staffing on firm-wide and cross-functional initiatives.
Shape and roll out firm-wide staffing policies.
Define the approach for extending global staffing platforms to new populations, in partnership with product teams and stakeholders.
Own the operating rhythm for the Staffing CoE portfolio of initiatives and monitor KPIs.
Lead the Staffing Working Group to align stakeholders and drive decisions to closure.
Own the function’s learning and development journey with regional and SBU counterparts.
