Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking an events coordination professional to support the smooth delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events. You will execute defined delivery processes, provide real-time learner support, and ensure sessions run professionally and on time.

Qualifications

1–3 years relevant experience in events coordination, operations, event delivery or customer service.
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Comfort using collaboration and virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom/Teams).
Ability to work across time zones as needed.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of live learning sessions (virtual, hybrid, in-person).
Prepare session logistics, materials, and communications.
Provide real-time participant support and troubleshoot common issues.
Coordinate with faculty/presenters on schedules and session readiness.
Complete session close-out tasks (attendance capture, feedback links, follow-ups).
Escalate risks, issues, and exceptions promptly.
