Job summary

• Coordinate with faculty/presenters on schedules and session readiness.
• Complete session close-out tasks (attendance capture, feedback links, follow-ups).
• Escalate risks, issues, and exceptions promptly.

What You\'ll Do

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm\’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.

You will support the smooth delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events by executing defined delivery processes, providing real-time learner support, and ensuring sessions run professionally and on time.
