Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles.
• Work with international clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Screen and assess applications and CVs.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages.
• Present and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
