99x is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, attract, and hire top IT talent for global teams. You will work with Business Managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities include ATS management, interview coordination, candidate screening, and employer branding across social platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in IT recruitment, excellent English, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry.
• Great understanding of IT-related roles, their responsibilities, commonly used technologies and tools, and industry specifics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and Attraction: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Craft engaging job postings to attract suitable candidates.
• Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and create a shortlist.
• ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate data within the company's ATS.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and collect feedback from stakeholders.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Employer Branding: Promote company culture and career opportunities on social platforms.
