Job summary

Bridge 351 is seeking an IT Recruiter to join the Delivery team, supporting recruitment projects for international clients across markets and industries. You will engage with candidates and stakeholders from different countries while helping companies find the best IT talent.

The role offers 100% remote opportunities and a multicultural environment with opportunities to grow internationally across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
At least 6 months of IT recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with international candidates and clients.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Resilient, dynamic and organized profile.
Team-oriented mindset.
Results-driven with strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles.
Work closely with international clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Screen and assess applications and CVs.
Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages.
Present and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
