Metyis AG in Porto is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to join our global team. You will ensure a smooth end-to-end customer order experience across multiple ecommerce platforms, monitor operative processes, and coordinate bug fixes with internal and external stakeholders.

You will analyze SLAs, generate reports, and drive data-based decisions to enhance performance. Collaboration with 3PLs, cross-functional teams, and external enablers will be key as we expand brand and

Formación

• 4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations work experience.
• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.
• Process and IT affinity.
• Experience in Systems such as: SAP ERP; OMS; CMS; Ticketing Tools AEM; SFCC.
• Nice to have: Fluency in other European languages; Retail/fashion industry experience; International environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end customer order experience across global Ecom platforms.
• Monitor operative Ecom processes.
• Trouble shoot and coordinate bug fixes with stakeholders.
• Analyze SLAs and create reports based on business needs.
• Initiate and drive data-based decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate and plan key selling moments with cross-functional teams and external providers.
• Oversee operative onsite communication and transactional emails.
• Work closely with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.
