Metyis AG is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join the Digital Commerce team at our Digital Campus in Porto. You will ensure smooth order experiences, monitor processes, and coordinate bug fixes across global platforms.

The role requires 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong KPI understanding, and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Join a fast-moving, international team focused on digital growth.

Formación

• 4-5 years of E-commerce operations work experience.
• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into priorities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience with SAP ERP, OMS, CMS, AEM, SFCC.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end customer order experience across global Ecom platforms.
• Monitor operative Ecom processes.
• Trouble shoot and coordinate bug fixes with stakeholders.
• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs.
• Initiate and drive data-based decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate and plan key selling moments with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee operative onsite communication and transactional emails.
• Work closely with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.
