Job summary

Metyis AG in Porto is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to join our global team. You will ensure a smooth end-to-end customer order experience across multiple ecommerce platforms, monitor operative processes, and coordinate bug fixes with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations work experience.
• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.
• Process and IT affinity.
• Experience in Systems such as: SAP ERP; OMS; CMS; Ticketing Tools AEM; SFCC.
• Nice to have: Fluency in other European languages; Retail/fashion industry experience; International environments.

What you will do

Ensure smooth end2end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally.

What you will bring

4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations work experience.

Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.

Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities.

Process and IT Affinity.
