Job summary

Metyis AG in Porto is seeking a CRM Analyst to join our Digital Commerce team at the Digital Campus in Porto. You will help steer CRM initiatives, drive member growth, retention and loyalty across markets, and translate business goals into CRM actions.

Working with Hugo Boss as a partner, you'll contribute to data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities, shaping personalized customer journeys and reporting for cross-market success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty or customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI interpretation.
• Solid understanding of CRM tools, customer databases and segmentation.
• Ability to translate business goals into CRM campaigns and actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with markets, Retail and Marketing.
• Strong presentation and training skills with materials design.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools, including dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Steer CRM strategy and execution in assigned markets to grow member base, retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with markets by combining strategic thinking and CRM knowledge.
• Act as main CRM contact for local markets, building relationships with Retail and Marketing.
• Translate business objectives into CRM goals, KPIs and reporting.
• Monitor market performance and lead regular review meetings.
• Provide consulting on CRM tools, campaigns and outreach processes.
• Own CRM training and internal communications in alignment with global teams.
• Lead market execution of Global Commerce Engagement projects.
