Job summary

Metyis AG is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations professional to ensure smooth order experiences across global platforms from its Porto offices. The role emphasizes end-to-end process monitoring, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional coordination with external providers.

You will collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams, aligning IT systems like SAP ERP, OMS, CMS, AEM, and SFCC to deliver growth in digital commerce and retail projects.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations experience.
• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Process and IT affinity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth end-to-end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally.
• Monitoring of operative Ecom processes.
• Trouble shooting and coordination of bug fixes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs.
• Initiate and drive data based decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate and plan key selling moments from operative site with cross functional teams and external service providers.
• Oversee operative onsite communication and transactional emails.
• Work closely together with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.
