Metyis AG is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our Digital Commerce team at the Porto Digital Campus. You will own end-to-end customer order experiences across global e-commerce platforms and monitor operative processes to ensure smooth operations.

You have 4-5 years of e-commerce operations experience, understand e-commerce KPIs, and can coordinate with 3PLs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive data-based improvements and timely bug fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure end-to-end customer order experience across global e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor operating e‑commerce processes.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate bug fixes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs.
• Initiate data‑based decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate and plan selling moments with cross‑functional teams and external providers.
• Oversee onsite communication and transactional emails.
• Collaborate with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a E-commerce Operations Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you will do

• Ensure smooth end2end customer order experience through various Ecom platforms globally.

• Monitoring of operative Ecom processes.

• Trouble shooting and coordination of bug fixes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs.

• Initiate and drive data based decisions and enhancements.

• Coordinate and plan key selling moments from operative site with cross functional teams and external service providers.

• Oversee operative onsite communication and transactional emails.

• Work closely together with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.

What you will bring

• 4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations work experience.

• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.

• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities.

• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.

• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.

• Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.

• Process and IT Affinity.

• Experience in Systems such as: SAP ERP; OMS; CMS; Ticketing Tools AEM; SFCC.

Nice to have:

• Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as German, Spanish or French.

• Experience within the retail and fashion industry.

• Experience within international environments, consultancies or a start-up environment.
