Qualifications

• 4-5 years of E-commerce operations work experience.
• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.
• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into priorities.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience with SAP ERP, OMS, CMS, AEM, SFCC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end customer order experience across global Ecom platforms.
• Monitor operative Ecom processes.
• Trouble shoot and coordinate bug fixes with stakeholders.
• Analyse SLAs and create reports based on business needs.
• Initiate and drive data-based decisions and enhancements.
• Coordinate and plan key selling moments with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee operative onsite communication and transactional emails.
• Work closely with external providers such as 3PLs and global enablers.

We are looking for a E-commerce Operations Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in our Digital Campus in Porto.

What you will do

What you will bring

• 4-5 years of E-Commerce Operations work experience.

• Understand Ecom customer needs and impacts.

• Understanding of Ecom KPIs and reflect them into own priorities.

• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to maintain effective collaboration.

• Self-starter attitude and willingness to take ownership.

• Willingness to make decisions and come up with own solutions.

• Process and IT Affinity.

• Experience in Systems such as: SAP ERP; OMS; CMS; Ticketing Tools AEM; SFCC.

Nice to have:

• Fluency in other (European) languages besides English, such as German, Spanish or French.

• Experience within the retail and fashion industry.

• Experience within international environments, consultancies or a start-up environment.
