Metyis AG in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a CRM specialist to steer strategy and execution across assigned markets, driving member growth, retention and loyalty. You will collaborate with Retail and Marketing to translate business goals into measurable CRM actions.

You will monitor performance, provide consultancy on campaigns and tools, and lead internal CRM training in alignment with global teams, supporting the Hugo Boss Digital Campus initiative.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of CRM, loyalty or CX experience in retail or fashion.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI analysis and data-driven actions.
• Solid CRM tools knowledge, database segmentation and outreach logic.
• Ability to translate business goals into CRM campaigns and actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
