Job summary

Metyis AG is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Digital Commerce team at the Digital Campus in Porto. You will analyze customer behavior, manage loyalty programs, and drive revenue growth through data-driven CRM reporting.

You will develop dashboards, own the CRM reporting landscape, and partner with IT and markets to implement reporting needs, ensuring actionable insights and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse CRM data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs and customer engagement tracking processes.
• Experience with Databricks, Python (PySpark) and SQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP tools: Lumira, Analysis for Office, Analytics Cloud.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; ability to create clear dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and engagement across loyalty programs to identify trends.
• Identify factors influencing membership program effectiveness and translate insights into recommendations.
• Provide market-specific data analyses to support strategy.
• Develop reports and analytical capability across CRM reporting landscape.
• Own reporting needs: align, prioritize and implement with IT; ensure accessible visuals.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
