Speakitjobs is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to help travelers research and book their trips from Lisbon. You will join an international team and assist with hotel bookings, inquiries, and changes, while communicating in German and English.

Qualificações

• German at native or C2 level.
• Fluent English.
• Customer service experience not mandatory.
• Tourism sector experience not mandatory.
• Good listener with excellent soft skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quick and effective support with questions about hotel bookings.
• Handle inquiries on overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates to existing bookings.
• Professionally manage customer data, bookings changes, adjustments, and other concerns.
• Offer customer care for partner companies in the Expedia network.

Your responsibilities:

• Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings
• Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings
• Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns
• Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network

Requirements

• Native or C2 level of German.
• Fluent level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory).
• Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory).
• Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines being able to solve issues with customers.
