Qualificações

• German language fluency in writing and speaking.
• Experience in customer service, preferably travel-related.
• Experience with GDS and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Resolve issues and complaints, escalate when needed.
• Assist clients with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about services, destinations, and policies.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to improve service delivery.
• Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.
