Expect a 24/7 rotation schedule with 2 days off per week and potential night shifts. Candidates should be fluent in German with strong English skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (verbal and written).
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support across German and English-speaking markets simultaneously.
• Work dynamic 24/7 rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 2 days off per week). Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00).
• Resolve customer disputes, manage inquiries, and deliver empathetic, solution-oriented service.
