Concentrix in Porto, Portugal is hiring Customer Support Professionals to join our on-site team. The role requires fluent German and strong English, with responsibilities handling German and English-speaking markets, and offering high-quality customer service.

You will work 24/7 rotational shifts, including occasional night shifts, and benefit from relocation support such as shared accommodation and local assistance. Base salary starts at 1,100€ per month with a 1,500€ welcome bonus.

Position Highlights

• Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
• Start Date: September 24th
• Base Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
• German Speaker Bonus: 1,500€ welcome bonus (paid in monthly installments during your first year)
• Daily Perks: 7.63€ food allowance per working day

Relocation Support

• Shared Accommodation: Provided for up to 12 months for candidates moving from outside Portugal (details discussed during your interview).
• In-Country Support: Local relocation assistance within Portugal available for German-market candidates.
