You will manage requests, update systems with rate changes, plan activations, and address modifications, while seeking ways to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German at C1 level required; English a plus.
• Interest in telecommunications products and services.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (07:00–21:00, Mon–Sat).
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused.
• Be available for commuting or relocation to Porto area.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch telephone support to customers in German.
• Assist customers with information and support related to products and services.
• Manage customer requests with updates in our systems (rate changes, plan changes, activations, address updates).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
