Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for German- and English-speaking customers, handle account, billing and technical inquiries, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (C2 level)
• Experience in customer support or contact centre is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and technology

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
