Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Search Engine & Technical Support specialist in Portugal. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality German support across phone, chat, and email channels, following client guidelines to ensure excellent service.

The role requires native or advanced German proficiency, strong communication skills, and flexibility for rotating shifts. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided to help you settle in.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
