Cross Border Talents in Portugal is recruiting for a German-speaking Digital Platform Customer Care role. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality customer support in German across phone, chat, and email.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory).
• EU citizenship or valid EU work permit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in German
• Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support
• Follow client guidelines and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in German — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Fri + occasional weekends)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
