A Ww Talents procura um Customer Support Representative para atuar com atendimento a clientes de vários mercados, fornecendo suporte profissional, empático e eficiente.

O candidato ideal terá fluência em alemão e inglês em nível C1, excelentes competências de comunicação e capacidade de lidar com várias tarefas num ambiente 24/7, com possibilidade de deslocação para Portugal para quem vem de fora.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte profissional ao cliente através de comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Lidar com consultas, pedidos e reclamações de clientes.
• Identificar necessidades do cliente e oferecer soluções apropriadas.
• Dar suporte a mais de um mercado quando necessário.
• Gerir e reter grandes quantidades de informação sobre produtos e processos.
• Resolver problemas dos clientes seguindo procedimentos estabelecidos.

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in German
• C1 level of English
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 24/7 rotational shifts -2 rotational days off per week
• Night shift: 22:00-07:00

The night shift team is relatively small, so night shifts may only be required occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Salary & Benefits

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Relocation support for eligible candidates

Candidates relocating from outside Portugal can benefit from:

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
