Concentrix is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) to act as a sales agent for our client, focusing on understanding customer needs and following up with leads to convert them into sales. The role requires high Portuguese proficiency and English (B2), with prior outbound sales or contact center experience.

• High level of Portuguese (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
• Experience in outbound sales, D2D, contact center or BPO.
• Able to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport and trust.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive purchases.
• Self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
• Empathy and patience to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
