Worldwiders Recruitment is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative in Porto to develop business in the German-speaking market and manage existing customer relationships. The role includes cross-selling, negotiating terms, and hitting monthly revenue targets.

You will participate in onboarding and training, with a hybrid work model and international environment emphasizing growth and performance.

Qualificações

• Highly fluent in German (C2) and strong English skills (B2).
• 1–2 years of inside sales, outbound sales, or similar commercial role.
• Experience with cross-selling or upselling is advantageous.
• SaaS, software or technology-sector experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business within the German-speaking market while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Initiate and broaden commercial relationships across channels and ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Negotiate terms and guide opportunities to closing while maintaining CRM records.
• Meet individual monthly revenue targets and collaborate with other departments as needed.
